Roku doesn't build the apps for the Roku device, just like Apple doesn't build all the apps for Apple TV, Amazon doesn't build the apps for Fire TV, and Google doesn't build the apps for Android/Google TV.
It would probably be best to contact the service directly and suggest it to them.
