I wish the ROKU OS had some kind of option to automatically change brightness and sound preference based on the time of day or related to sunrise and sunset. This would be a game changer and a unique selling point. It doesn’t need to be very complicated. For example, our TV is in the living room, and it gets very bright in the daytime so we need the TV brightness set to high but at night we need it to be darker. Similarly we like the extra bass when watching TV in the daytime, but not at night when kids are asleep. Having some kind of time based automation app would be amazing. Using some kind of AI or machine learning would be even more awesome!
