I would love the feature to be able to lock installed apps that I have already installed. For instance, I want to install YouTube but I don't want my kids to have access to that app. Therefore I don't install it, because once it's installed anyone in my house can use it. I hate having to install an app once then delete it, then add it again later, and delete it again.
