Add Twitch and WeTv/Tencent channels

I would really like to see the Twitch and WeTv/Tencent Video channels on normal roku tvs! I’ve noticed both of those channels are on the hisense roku tvs but i’d really like to be able to watch then on my normal roku!

I think Twitch had a channel in alpha mode (private code needed) but pulled it.

Roku can encourage media companies but does not build most channels themselves.  There are also commercial terms and conditions that channel makers need to agree with Roku (certain revenue sharing requirements) and that doesn't sit well with many companies (Google, Spectrum, probably Amazon Twitch, etc.)
