I think Twitch had a channel in alpha mode (private code needed) but pulled it.
Roku can encourage media companies but does not build most channels themselves. There are also commercial terms and conditions that channel makers need to agree with Roku (certain revenue sharing requirements) and that doesn't sit well with many companies (Google, Spectrum, probably Amazon Twitch, etc.)
