Solving playback issues

The app, though buggy, seems to work today. S4E1 is not up yet, BUT the livestream of S4E1 is.  
Go to the menu on the left, then down to “Livestreams” and pick the one for S4E1.  Fast forward 15 minutes to get to the actual episode.

I just signed up today. It’s locked.

Also, feels like this is a Roku issue as it only a problem with the Roku app.  

As previously stated by another customer watching on YouTube is not a fix.  

Please fix the Chosen app asap!  We have another new episode on Thursday night!!! 

We have also waited so long already that it is hard for us to be patient!

On my end it's still locked.  How do you get it unlocked

I'm having the same issue since yesterday. i cant watch the older seasons. if i try to select them the system kicks me out!
