We're glad to assist you with your problem with your Roku TV. Please try to power cycle your Roku TV by unplugging it from the wall outlet for a minute and plugging it back again right after. Restarting TV can reset the device's internal circuits, dismiss temporary glitches, and allow the system to start afresh.
