roku sucks!

I have 5 ROKU devices and I have been using the TABLO on them for a long while.  Now the recorded shows won’t play back.  ROKU said the fix was making adjustments in the audio settings.  After the adjustments were made the video plays but there is not any sound.  This issue started when ROKU updated the firmware.  

Do I need to replace all my devices with a ROKU competitor or is ROKU going to fix the software issue.  

Please help with this issue!

I've continued my ANTI-Roku quest.

So far, many friends and family have quit ROKU.... discarded their "smart" roku tvs and boxes...

I have been waiting for the rollback of v13.0, and they gaslight.

What a bunch of **bleep**.

I will NEVER purchase ANY roku product again, and I will tell EVERYONE I know about this garbage.

We purchased Google stick.

Works even better than the roku.

Over a month, and they won't even roll back the previous software while fixing....

Tells me they AREN'T FIXING it!!

Firestick works GREAT, and even BETTER than the ROKU.... faster!!

Yes I ve  bth Fire stick & Goggle Onn for the Tablo App .There are other options beside Roku.

My roku 4660 recently stopped playing the ota channels and recordings just recently. My roku 4670 is still functioning fine at this time. What arecwe aupposed to do?????

I found one message that said to change audio to DTS.  That works with both my Roku sticks.
