Hi,
What is the status of this issue with Tablo?
Why has there been no recent communications on the subject? It seems to be pretty prevalent currently.
Help!
Are you EVER going to fix this and give us a solution?
You are losing ROKU customers every day.
PLEASE FIX IT or roll back 13.0....
not sure honestly.

I previously posted my roku works after using the reset. I switched it back to my Samsung tv and it no longer works. It still works on my Sony TV. I do not know what settings on the TV are different.

Kash, what WE all would "really appreciate" is the ability to roll back our Roku to version 13 until you all figure out what's wrong. Why can't we have that simple solution????? I know you've done it before, with your buggy 10.5 system release, you offered a rollback option. Do it again. Oh, and by the way, in future, give us the option to postpone your "improvements" until we can see that they are stable? How about that.
Oh and one more thing, maybe invest in some QA staff???
