it only load if I take power wire out and in the screen that says Roku then it turns off

I’ve tried turning it of an pulling wires out I’ve pressed the reset button at back it only come on when I pull wire out then put it back in again then it load Roku screen for a bit then turns off
@Kn93, I suspect whatever USB power source you're using isn't sufficient. If you're using a USB port on the TV, try using a USB adapter/charger from a phone or tablet. Look at the small print on the adapter for something like, Output: 5V 1A. Anything less than 1 Amp (1000mA) isn't sufficient.

Try holding the reset button for 40 seconds and see if it starts up. If it doesn’t you’ll have to start a warranty repair or replacement.
I’ve had it happen on a Roku Express and holding the reset button did nothing. If yours does start up after holding the reset button for 40 seconds, you’re set. If it doesn’t work it’s either defective hardware or a software issue, use your warranty or buy another Roku Express 4K like I did.
