Solving playback issues

My Roku won’t turn on. I have tried a different outlet. Pressing the reset button. Unplugging it and nothing works. But I can still hear some sounds

We need more information.  What brand of TV?  How old is the TV?

It is a JVC Roku tv and it is about 2 years old

When you unplug the TV wait at least 60 seconds before plugging it in again.

I just tried it and as soon as I plugged it in the tv without the remote the tv goes like dim lit up and the sensor on the bottom starts blinking red and stops

That doesn't sound good, but you'll have to contact JVC.  Roku doesn't make the TVs.

I agree it doesn't sound good and the link for JVC support returns an error message.  Anyone else have suggestions?
