Roku not installing , no network issues though

My inetenet test is working fine but not able to run Roku channel, please advise

We need more information.  What do you mean by "not able to run"?  What happens when you try?  Most importantly, where are you located?

I'm replying only to say I now have, I believe, the same issue: had Roku streaming stick about a year, worked like a dream. Now it has suddenly stopped altogether: doesn't load as an option (on an LG TV). The router is fine with everything else, recharged the remote, disconnected and reconnected the HDMI cable, shut the power on and off and on. Nothing. Any suggestions welcome!

We just lost the ability to connect to ours using our phone apps. Something funky is happening!
