Solving playback issues

Someone told me that the Roku 4 is no longer supported so I got the new a Roku. The PBS app works on the new Roku. It didn’t work on the Roku 4. 

I’ve had a problem with the new Roku though. It works but every so often requires a reboot. I’ve opened an issue on this but haven’t heard back. But at least PBS works now.

 I went to open a ticket on the PBS site & there's now a banner on the site saying they're aware of login issues and are looking into it. 🤷‍♀️

No PBS for me here in Virginia. I reloaded the app but it didn't help. Seems to be a widespread problem??

And again, this appears to be an issue with PBS. Not much Roku can do.

Tried those suggestion. Still not working. Def an issue with the app. Was able to successfully install other PBS APPS; PBS kids, etc

Un-installed PBS, then reinstalled it. Still does not work.

Streaming stick 4K

PBS version 5.8, build 3.

This was working fine yesterday 11/16/2024.
