Problems after most recent update

Did anyone else have trouble after the most recent update. When I 1st turned on my TV. It had a notification that it had updated the live TV streaming. After it finished I continued to Netflix which was having issues too. I did a hard stop on it while in Netflix then after plugging it back in and turning it on, it got stuck in the live stream TV window and kept buffering the ti would reboot. It did this several times before I had to do a factory reset.

Looks like the problems you noticed with the Roku device popped up after an update, and we're here to check it out more closely.

Aside from the mentioned channels and apps, did you also observe the issue on other apps? Just to double-check, can you share the latest software version for the Roku TV? (Settings > System > About).

In the meantime, we'd like to know if the issue persists after the factory reset. If not, please let us know so we can investigate.
