Hi is there any update on the Roku outage mines have not worked since yesterday

Problems accessing new channels and activating new devices
My neighbor has Roku and theirs is working just fine. But mine is out. I have done all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and nothing. Why is theirs working and mine is not?

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We invite you to try restarting your device by following these troubleshooting steps.
System restart your device
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Just in case the issue still persists are still experiencing the same issue, please provide us with the following additional information.
We require your assistance with the details below.
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).
After completing the task, kindly inform us if it has any impact.
