Playback stops when streaming a movie on both Roku 2 and 3
Program stopping after a minute
I have a Roku 2 and Roku 3. When I select a channel and start watching a program, it stops suddenly after a few seconds and goes back to the Roku home page. I have to go through the whole process again about 3 or 4 times before the program will play all the way through. This happens on every channel. I've tried rebooting everything, but still have the problem.

Can you elaborate on which channel this happens on? Netflix? Hulu? HBO Max? Keep in mind that the Roku 2 and 3 models are about 8 years old now. They are no longer manufactured.
