Thanks for your patience while we continue to investigate the issue you are experiencing.

Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • What is make and model of the TV that your Roku device is connected to?
  • Can you confirm that when the device is off and turned on for the first time, do you not hear the boot animation?
  • Is there a specific channel they are playing when this occurs?

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.
