Re: NFL App Error - How to Resolve "Something Went Wrong" Message

Hi @Foggy12345,

Thanks for the update!

We would like to investigate this matter further. Could you please provide more details about the behavior of your NFL app? Does it cause the television to reboot, or does it return to the Roku home screen?

In either case, we would like to have the following information:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
  • Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)

Please keep us posted.

Cheers,
Riamie
