Looks like Roku no longer responds to complaints regarding the Roku/msnbc incompatibility issues, but they have not been resolved. Here’s a suggestion: why don’t the top engineers at Roku get on the phone with the top engineers at MSNBC and solve the problem in 15 minutes?
