Solving playback issues

Two hours before the Super Bowl, I got error code 20. None of the troubleshooting tips worked. My daughter left to go buy a new tv. While she was gone I moved my little tv/roku stick in the living room. Got the same error code, but it was a different tv/stick!! This MUST be a roku issue but no one to contact. I’m about ready to go back to cable after this experience. Has anyone else had this problem? Roku is apparently a glitchy nightmare

A lot of people seem to have this problem.  The only suggestion I have is to make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not the TV's USB port to power the stick.
