Dove Channel Subscription Overwhelmed with ADS
Hello,
We subscribed to the Dove channel through Roku 2-3 weeks ago. At first it was AD free, but now the ADs are overwhelming. We were of the understanding that by purchasing a subscription, we would be able to watch the Dove channel AD free. Is there a way to correct this issue? Please advise. Thank you.
