Audio playback issues on various channels and shows

I am having issues with audio playback on random videos. It happens on many channels. YouTube seems to be worst on a movie video. I watched 3 seasons of two shows on CBS, Paramount+ and eventually on Prime, and on all three platforms season four won’t play audio, happens on other random shows and movies. This started sometime last year on a stick sn:c23946760370…so we upgraded to an Express 4K+ Model 3941X sn:s07p21cw6d4w. Again today on Prime/Paramount/The Lost City movie-NO SOUND. Both Roku’s still won’t play audio on season 4 Discovery or Picard, season 1 sounds perfet though.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Do you have any external audio products connected to your TV setup? Have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV as well as using another HDMI cable to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
