Need a bit more information like Roku model number, router model number, and ISP (internet service provider).
See if you can connect to a mobile hotspot if available to you. (for the hotspot, verify you have the 2.4ghz band enabled or 'maximize compatibility' in the hotspot settings).
If you can connect to hotspot then narrows down to a network/router issue.
If you are seeing the network but it won't accept password, try changing the wifi password to remove any special characters (just use numbers and letters). Additionally, if your router is a wifi6 router, verify that you have WPA2 enabled under the security settings.
With a little more detail, can hopefully narrow down your issue. (Exactly what is happening and are you seeing any error codes in the message boxes)?
