Unable to activate my tv, I had to hard reset device and now is not activating its just going in circles after I click the activation code

We’re having the same issue. Tv froze up and had to factory reset it, now it won’t activate.

Please be aware that there was an outage reported Wednesday evening that has been since resolved. Are you still experiencing this issue when you are trying to activate your Roku device?
