Roku model 43R4A5R. SN X01200YK5S5X. Purchased June 8, 2024.

Problem: The TV no longer will change OTA channels when entered on the remote. The channel designation correctly appears at the bottom of the TV screen, indicating that the TV has correctly received the input from the remote. But the TV will not switch to the new channel selected. The TV just stays at the channel that initially appeared when the TV was turned on.

The remote has fresh batteries. All other remote functions work perfectly. It is paired with the TV.

A few people have reported this in the TV section. Until Roku figures out what they screwed up this time, try a "System restart" from Settings->System->Power.

Experiencing the same issue - does anyone know how to directly contact Roku? There is no on-line option to address this issue. NOT HAPPY with Roku!
