Our Roku premiere worked properly for several months, but today it stopped responding to the remote. We tried changing the batteries—no luck. When we unplugged and plugged the device back into the TV, the TV no longer recognized the device. We tried to do a reset and it still is not being recognized by the TV. Help. Any way to contact Roku??
There have been a few "Premiere" models. Is this one that uses a USB power adpater? If so, are you using the supplied power adapter or your TV's USB port? Do you have another one from a phone or tablet you can try? Does the light on the front of the Roku come on when you connect the power?
