Are you able to get it to connect to a mobile hotspot (if available to you)?
If the device is seeing no networks at all, usually indicates a device failure/hardware issue. To eliminate a power supply issue, try plugging it into a wall outlet with a 5volt, 1 amp power adapter (cell phone charger).
