Hi. I have my old good Panasonic Viera TX-PR42ST60. So I’ve decided to buy Roku Express 4k exactly to make it more or less viable. I have no external sound system connected to it, so using only TV speakers. Everything was perfectly fine until I’ve decided to watch 4k DDP 5.1 movie in Roku Media Player. It has no sound. Basically every movie with DDP 5.1 has no sound. I completely understand that TV is old (2013) but is there anything I can do about it? Roku output settings show me that there is only Stereo mode available. I assume TV doesn’t support DDP (or doesn’t convert on-the-go) or maybe it does but I can’t find any setting related to this in TV audio settings. Maybe there is some external HDMI converter or other device which might help. Thx in advance for help.
