I just received a new Roku Express 4K+ and tried to set it up. When I put batteries in the remote, the status light blinks at a constant rate (whether I hold the pairing button or not has no effect) and the TV screen stays fixed on asking me to hold the pairing button for 5 seconds. Changing batteries or the position of the remote has no effect. Resetting the roku device has no effect, it always get stuck on the same screen waiting for pairing to occur.
