Nothing plays when I go on anything(no specific app)

I just got a Roku and when I go on YouTube it works, but when I click a video its just black and plays the audio. This happens on every app.

Can you please provide more information such as your Roku model number. You say you just got it. From where?

I got it from dell. The model is 3821X-Streaming Stick 4k+

Thanks for the post.

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? Have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue occur?
