When you select a movie/content from the Roku Channel, a description screen will load prior to loading the movie/content. (this screen provides the "Watch Now" button)
Right above the Watch Now button, you will see other buttons (Trailer, Saved, Thumbs Up/Down, and three horizontal dots/more button).
Select the three dots/more button and and then select the "Subtitles and Audio Track" selection from the overlay. This will provide the language information. (ie. available audio and subtitle tracks).

As you get more familiar with the Roku device, you will also begin to recognize which channels/apps (that particular content is on) are more for foreign viewers or are in a foreign language.
Of course sometimes, there are just errors and a particular movie will say it is in English but will be playing in Spanish. (sometimes just a database or audio track error when this occurs).
