Configurar de fabrica no recibo email

Se desconectó de Internet en varias ocasiones no conexión despido configurar de fabrica y no me envía email para poder reactivar la cuenta y ver la programación

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Have you tried connecting your device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are able to connect your Roku device?
