My remote does not show under my account
Hello, I have a Roku Express 4K+ and it's not listed under my devices on the Roku website. I do not want to use the app so I how do I load my remote onto my account (I have the Device ID #), and then take advantage of the 2 months free of Paramount +? Thank you in advance.

Did you possibly link it to a different Roku account? Does the email address that's displayed on the Express under Settings->System->About match the email address that you're using to log into https://my.roku.com?
