This is by far the worse and biggest tv I’ve ever seen or bought. It loses sound so you have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it every time. Usually happens atleast a couple times a day. And it freezes up all the time and have to do same thing as above to fix it. It’s only about a month old. It’s got a decent pic when it’s working but that’s about it, even the sound is **bleep**. Very disappointed. Customer service is like their TVs also, complete **bleep**. No number to call or anything. Want you to jump thru hoops just to post a little message like this.

Roku only supplies the user interface software. The hardware and low-level firmware to access it is by the manufacturer. Without knowing which brand and model of Roku TV you have, nobody can offer any opinions on possible fixes.
