I set up Ultra (I had the Express before but Roku turned off Private Listening for it so I upgraded). I downloaded the correct Roku mobile app. I paired my earbuds with the mobile app. I clicked on the headphones for private listening - I can see the headphone icon on the TV, but no sound coming through the earbuds.

Im having the same issue, JVC 7802X with bose 700 headphones , Android. Audio cuts out on all streaming apps. Tried all the suggested work arounds. I have both devices on the same 500 5G network. Have you found anything that helped?
