Roku XDS

I have a xds from 2011 that I'd like to put into service. It won't let me enter my netflix account info to allow service - what can I do?  Have spent a long time looking around this site trying to find answers - so far, complete waste of time.  Why is no phone number available for those with more difficult questions?  If this unit can't be used - I certainly wouldn't purchase another Roku with this level of technical support.

Please be aware that the Roku 2 XD / XS is a much older device that is no longer supported. However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running.

Hi, i also have a old roku XD , tried to connect few days back..nothing worked.

Did a research and found that the support was pulled out two years back. Very unfortunate.

How can i revive it ? can i at least use the hardware?

Can Roku replace this with a discounted box?
