error: The server returned a non-200 status code - (404).

Im setting up my feed.

1.  Under "video format" I selected:  MP4, MOV, or M4V

2.  I get the following error under that field:  The server returned a non-200 status code - (404).

3.  My videos are on Vimeo Pro

Thank you in advance for your help!

Re: error: The server returned a non-200 status code - (404).

the 404 error is a server error for an nonexistent page / link  , copy paste your feed in a browser and make sure it is working,

1.  Under "video format" I selected:  MP4, MOV, or M4V

if you use a proper json feed  , and that refers to the json feed format in your Roku Settings , try the default option - Specified in feed ( Roku Feed Format Only)  - it should work.

or paste your feed here so we can take a look at it .....

I was able to correct the non-200 status error

Here is my next challenge:

Here is the feed I created:

http://workoutsondemand.com/roku_content_feed_2.json

Privacy settings are currently:  hide from vimeo and can embed anywhere

Video error is:  Required video url is unreachable

Question:  What format does the Vimeo link need to be in?  And are the privacy settings OK?

Thank you.

Hello, I'm currently experience the same error code and I'm also using Vimeo Pro. Can someone give advice?

How were you able to correct the error code? I'm having the same issues using Vimeo pro. Thanks

Hi @vetotran ,

In Vimeo you need to find your distribution URL (MP4 or HLS), and use that in your JSON feed.

Here is a post "Get Your Video Distribution URL From Vimeo":
