I have the same issue with my live channel! I use Direct Publisher as well. Makes me feel a little better knowing it's not just me. I chatted with someone who supposedly escalated it but was not able to give a time frame for a response. If I hear anything, I'll post here. Please do the same if you hear.

Confirmed with Roku Partner Support that they no longer support Direct Publisher, which is weird since they are letting people have their existing channels until January. What horrible customer support to say "take your time getting ready" and then drop support! No help migrating even? The world of customer support is dying I'm afraid. Good luck everyone. I'm guessing they killed live streaming capability, and just didn't tell anyone.
