If Direct Publisher can't supply that information at the moment, you might want to look at services such as Vimeo Pro which can supply you analytics on the back end. You can make your videos unlisted so they can only be seen by Roku users.
This might not be the answer you were looking for but it is probably the only option you have while Roku works out their current issues.
Thanks for the info on Vimeo Pro. I didn't know they kept analytics for videos played outside the Vimeo player.
I looked into using Vimeo Pro instead of my server before I launched my channels, but I just can't get a straight answer from Vimeo Pro on their potential bandwidth fees for videos that are played outside their player, i.e. Roku. I currently stream between 4 to 5 TB of data each month (increasing every month). The rep told me that there are fees but couldn't tell me how much. Do you have any idea what they charge if I stream 5TB of data each month on Roku?
There are no additional charges to my knowledge. You pay the flat fee of $199 and you can stream unlimited to your Roku Direct Publishing channel. I have been using one of my channels on Vimeo and have over 3,000 hours of video streaming and have had no additional cost.
Thanks for your reply, that's good to know. One of my channels is streaming about 6,000 hours per month. I did speak with a Vimeo Pro rep a while back and he could only tell me that accounts with large bandwidth outside the Vimeo player are looked at on an account by account basis and then it is determined what extra charges will be charged.
