Trying to add a VAST tag, and for the first time in all the years I have been using Roku, a link in the dashboard is not longer active.
I can click on any of the links under Preview and Update, EXCEPT monetization.
It is disabled for all three of my channels.
first, make sure that you are enrolled in the Roku Partner Program
I have been enrolled since 2014, and currently use it for subscriptions on one channel. The links were clickable up until this week. I have been testing VAST tags from providers, and now can't do that anymore.
I am going through the same issue. All of my DP Channels cannot be edited because the "Monetization" link does not open when clicked. It seems to load something, then nothing. happens

at least now we know it is not something we do wrong or we can fix - just need to wait a bit 🙂
So.. they sent an email stating it was fixed, and now I get "we are experiencing issues with this service" if I try and enter a VAST tag.
