Having issues with VAST tag

Hi all.

I'm having issues with ad requests using doubleclick.

It seems there's close to ZERO requests when using a vast tag such as :,73230579/Meditation_Relaxation/Meditation_R...

This vast tag was received from a company who's a Google partner.

When i used Vast tags from other companies i used to have multiple conversions per day.

Is there something wrong with the tag above?

I guess no one know, including support who doesn't respond to emails for more than a week.

Re: Having issues with VAST tag

Did you find a solution to this problem? We are facing the same issue.

We are looking at the Google IMA DAI SDK integration solution. Using only RAF might be causing no requests to certain Google's Publishers Partners tags.

We are now blocked in the spot of not seeing the parameter to send a specific tag we want, and if the approach should be using Full service or Pod serving from the Google IMA DAI SDK.

Full service or Pod serving asks for IDs we don't have (contentSourceId, apiKey, STREAMID, etc.).

I don't know if it helps, but we are struggling with that now here.

Re: Having issues with VAST tag

I haven't even gotten to where you guys are at. Where did you setup your account to use your VAST implementation? I've tried Google AdSense, but the click path they tell me to use doesn't exist. Any help would be much appreciated.
