HLS Feed from Vimeo is possible?

Is it even possible to play a live feed from vimeo? 

Here is the Vimeo link for my Live HLS feed:

Has anyone been able to make this work?

I took a look at your file and it works. You should be able to use it in your feed. Just make sure to set the proper bitrate and length
