Feed URL problems

My channel's feed url recently changed. I have updated it under Manage My Channels in the Developer Dashboard. However, whenever I try to update my channel, it continues to try to update using my old feed url, which causes nothing but an error to come up on my channel. Under Feed Status, my old url is still showing under published version, but my new url shows under preview version. Does anyone know of any way to fix this. My channel has been down for a couple of days, I  need to get it back up and running. Thanks.

Re: Feed URL problems

Have you tried:

Clearing your browser cache?
Using a different browser?

This may be a problem on the Roku developer platform.
FREE Windows desktop software for converting Direct Publisher channels to SceneGraph (SDK), for creating BIF (Trick Play) files, Roku (MRSS, JSON) feed files, and FireTV feed files @ GitHub/rrirower.
