I just noticed that my Roku device is very hot?!?!? It is new; I just hooked it up a couple weeks ago. I am unable to get a hold of a customer support person or even find an email for the company.. This seems dangerous to me. How do I get in touch with the company?
I used this website, set up an account if not done already. I had one too hot to hold! And a second device hot can be held but still more than warm. The burning hot one was replaced for free, the replacement became laggy and often had to wait 10 minutes to connect and that's on Spectrum and att fiber optics.
For $5o this is unacceptable to me. I really enjoy the channels when the device works but I'm getting concerned about the hardware problems.
