"Linking" to other channels

Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to develop a channel that could open up other channels. For instance, opening a netflix movie from the channel.

I think I have seen channels do this - like the 4k spotlight channel (https://channelstore.roku.com/details/6 ... -spotlight). I am guessing they are implementing deep linking to launch the other channels. (http://sdkdocs.roku.com/display/sdkdoc/ ... olServices)
