nearly 2 months and no sign of roku channel approval

It is nearly 2 months since I submitted my channel for Roku Approval, it is still not being approved. Send several several emails to the developer@roku.com, still no response. The worst part is people not even give me a time frame of when it would be approved.

They will test the channel for just a second, sees any issue will send an email and I have to wait for another 15 days to get an response. Why is this testing being done actually? Is it in anyway benefits the customer? Also is there any fast lane (like preferred services by paying $$) which can fast-track testing of my channel? This kind of 1 second testing, is killing my timeline to release the channel for my customers.
