From their press release..
"Event producers can now broadcast their events to millions of Roku viewers by streaming with Livestream's hardware, free software or mobile app, without any further integration or app development."
It sounds like you asked them for the source code they developed, so you can use it to create your own version of their channel to release for viewing your content, and perhaps only your content. Why would anyone want to give that away just for the asking?
Meanwhile, with them now releasing their own official channel, I doubt they'd want you repackaging a stream that utilizes their service into your own offering. That's what the announcement was for.
