Are roListscreens limited to the number of items it can hold I am trying to add nine buttons but only am able to see six when the channel loads.

To be clear, there's no limit to the number of buttons you can add (I've added as many as 800+ items), but as EnTerr noted, only 6.5 are visible without scrolling.
