channel can't added to particular region

Hai Team,
I had published a channel in roku store 3 weeks before. While publishing I had checked all the regions in support information. But from yesterday when I try to add channels to an account. Its says channel code associated with the channel is not available in your region. So I am wondering what is going on and how to solve this issue or is there are some additional component that I am missing?.

I'm also getting this when trying to add a channel.

Anyone have an idea on how to solve it?
