On September 27th I submitted an update to one of my channels (IP Camera Viewer Pro). The channel was tested, approved but not published. I emailed "Roku Partner Success" and the answer was:

Apologies for the delay, but our engineers are still working on a fix for this bug.
Our system is not allowing any pay-to-install channels to be published at the moment.

This issue has already been escalated. Thank you for your patience.

My question is, when is this going to be fixed? I submitted the channel almost two weeks ago and this bug hasn't been fixed yet?

There is an issue publishing a handful of channels, which is under active investigation.
"IP Camera Viewer Pro" is one of them, you have an open PartnerSuccess ticket 8197.
Different departments science at different speeds 8-)

Time to hire new IT people. 2 weeks and they don't have this resolved yet?
