Nope. The Roku3 is designed to display videos and that does not mean it is powerful enough for a functional modern web browser. The Roku has hardware acceleration for video decoding and the cpu is quite slow compared to a modern computer or modern smartphone. A $100 device will not have the latest high performance cpu technology.. sorry.
